Community Patient Lookup

Look up and access patient record via Secure Web Portal.

Patient Match

Leverage smart optical character recognition (OCR) technology, along with the required Admit, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) feed, to populate name and DOB fields, allowing staff to assign documents to the right patient.

Replicated HL7 Interface

Connect ancillary systems via HL7 Interface Hub data feed to your EMR and required State reporting, such as electronic laboratory reporting (ELR), COVID19 results, etc. (requires EMR Index Data Repository). Completion requires Participant signoff.

Fax Jack Hardware

Leverage existing investments and equipment to harness the reliability of our secure network to send outbound communications (compatible with most MFP).

Fax Hardware

Replace big copy/fax machines for outbound paper faxing with Brother scanner hardware that connects to Centralis.

Gateway Software

Use a Windows service for secure automated transport of faxpress, HL7, and CCD files with on-site systems.

Work Queue OCR Manipulation

Remove, rotate, reorder, and electronically sign received documents within the work queue item in the secure web portal.

CHART

Use Centralis Health Automatic Retrieval Technology (CHART) to automate patient record search and compilation, including scanning local and national health information exchanges, identifying matches, and delivering relevant patient history in a digestible manner.

Adding appointments associated to sending provider

Clarifying referral reason

Linking patients to EMR when combined with EMR Index Data Repository or Patient Demographic Interface

Generating administrative reports to monitor the status of referrals.

Find and access patient records via secure web portal on our regional health information exchange network.
